Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders ship free within the United States. Currently, we only ship domestically.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in usable condition. If the issue is due to quality or the product not meeting the promise of convenience, we’ll issue a refund—no return required.

Do you really donate part of your revenue?
Yes—we are committed to giving back. Each year, HeartGaboo donates to local animal protection and rescue organizations. We compare 1% of our total sales against 10% of our profits, and whichever amount is higher becomes our yearly donation.
Where can I see your donation records?
Transparency matters to us. We publish our annual donation report every December so you can see exactly where your support made a difference.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Yes. The WanderPaws bag is made with 100% GRS-certified recycled polyester (certified by Intertek, G27913), waterproof Oxford lining, and SBS zippers—so it’s durable, easy to clean, and planet-friendly.
